Key Responsibilities
ESG
- Lead the planning and implementation of the company's ESG goals.
- Analyze ESG data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and monitor ESG targets.
- Ensure preparation of ESG reports in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Communicate ESG initiatives, achievements, and performance to stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and benchmark ESG performance against best practices.
- Conduct environmental, social, and governance due diligence assessments.
- Evaluate sustainability aspects of business and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Conduct training programs and workshops on Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects and ensure timely implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives through data analysis.
- Maintain documentation of improvement projects, processes, and results.
- Support Energy Management Systems and drive continual improvement in energy efficiency, energy usage, and consumption.
