Summary
As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams through the successful development and delivery of products and projects, from concept to completion. You will coordinate diverse stakeholders, manage timelines, costs, and resources, and serve as the key link between customers, engineering teams, and business functions to ensure project success.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate product development or project teams across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive projects from initiation through production and launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
- Manage project budgets and cost targets.
- Prioritize multiple projects and programs simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation in accordance with engineering processes.
- Champion quality, safety, and continuous improvement standards.
What We're Looking For
- Strong project planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to coordinate teams and build effective relationships across functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle, from concept through manufacturing and production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- PMI certification is an advantage.
- Experience with manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
