About The Role:
As the Sr. Manager of Customer Supply Chain at Feastables, you will play a critical role in building out key customer partnerships and ensuring execution that delivers for those customers is top notch in the industry. The right person will be an entrepreneur with an eagerness to learn and adapt while helping Feastables achieve its growth potential.
This is an amazing opportunity for a highly-motivated, creative individual with a background in CPG operations capable of both hands-on individual contribution and strong leadership in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- End to end order management of US retail businesses
- Own customer onboarding process and launch execution timelines
- Develop & maintain customer scorecards tracking KPIs and critical business metrics. Present key findings on regular cadence to internal stakeholders
- Monitor customer inventory and weeks of stock – partner closely with Supply and Demand Planning to understand customer ordering volumes, cadences and patterns
- Collaborate with internal (sales, planning, ops, logistics, finance) and external stakeholders to align supply chain processes, support in store activations, and resolve operational issues
- Develop a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements and prepare solutions to support their needs
- Support demand planning and sales forecasting processes with relevant customer data insights to support smooth execution of new product launches, planogram changes, and sales activations
- Partner cross functionally to support weekly sales pacing and SO&E objectives
- Hire, train, coach and develop Customer Supply Chain team though regular 1:1s and performance reviews
Recipe For Success:
- 5-7 years experience in Customer Supply Chain, customer operations, order fulfillment, supply chain operations, or related functions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘self-start’ mentality
- Problem-solver seeking innovative and creative solutions with a consistent focus on details
- Be comfortable with a workday and schedule that isn’t always highly structured or predictable – this is not a ‘punch in, punch out’ role
- Strong analytical skills are a must have
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong sense of urgency and time management
- Must be highly organized and strong communicator with proven cross functional experience
- A team player: ability to work and make decisions autonomously with appropriate levels of collaboration and engagement with the team to ensure alignment
- Ability to effectively manage workload, meet deadlines and ensuring quality output
- Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Ability to travel to visit customers as appropriate
- Experience with Netsuite, Key Customer Portals, and WMS tools
