Where You Make an Impact:
- Visit key customers face-to-face to build trust and long-term loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop warm leads.
- Uncover customer needs on-site and present tailored Kaiser+Kraft solutions that win business.
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and contracts directly with customers.
- Partner with Inside Sales and Customer Service to ensure seamless support between field visits.
- Follow up on offers, keep CRM data accurate, and manage sales pipeline.
- Monitor your territory for market trends and competitor activity to spot growth opportunities.
- Analyze account performance and take action to deepen engagement and improve results.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English.
