Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing, remarketing, quoting, and issuing policies within an independent agency setting. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, providing a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility after the training period.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives and potential new business commission
• Work Schedule: Hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote after training)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients by managing personal lines insurance accounts.
• Handle remarketing, quoting, and issuing of policies with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with carriers such as Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, Progressive, Travelers, PURE, Chubb, and Cincinnati to ensure optimal solutions for clients.
• Assist with AMS training and utilize AgencyZoom as needed to streamline processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: 4–6 years in an independent agency setting.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS is preferred; experience with AgencyZoom is a plus.
• Carrier Knowledge: Experience working with Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, Progressive, Travelers, PURE, Chubb, and Cincinnati is highly desirable.
• High-Net-Worth Expertise: Experience working with high-net-worth clients is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
