Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is critical to supporting our expanding workload and maintaining a commitment to exceptional client service. As part of a well-established agency with a strong reputation for employee tenure and professional growth, you will play a key role in servicing accounts, cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an onsite position offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $73,000 (depending on experience)
• Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts.
• Handle all aspects of account servicing, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Cross-sell additional products and services when applicable to meet client needs.
• Quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive pricing and coverage.
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines account management is preferred.
• A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
• Familiarity with EPIC software is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Candidates from agency or captive backgrounds are welcome; however, captive candidates must demonstrate strong skills and adaptability.
