Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse book of business, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the seamless handling of personal lines insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, a proactive approach to client management, and a commitment to excellence.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Manage a $1.5M premium book of business, including standard/middle market accounts and high-net-worth (HNW) clients (approximately 15% of the book).
- Provide A-to-Z account management, including answering customer inquiries related to claims, policies, and billing.
- Assist with quoting renewal business and work to round out accounts and capture referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize software systems such as Mercury, Travelers, CFP, and Bamboo to manage accounts effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in personal lines account management, with experience in Mercury, Travelers, CFP, and Bamboo preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in insurance quoting and policy management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Work Environment: Hybrid role with flexibility for remote work (equipment provided if remote).
