Personal Lines Account Manager (Service)
Job Summary

Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $50,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with producers and account executives to provide end-to-end service for personal lines accounts, including standard and some high-net-worth clients.
- Manage daily account servicing tasks, including policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries.
- Quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive and comprehensive coverage for clients.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of personal account management experience within an insurance agency.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal standard lines insurance, with some exposure to high-net-worth accounts preferred.
- Attributes: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
