Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (flexible based on experience).

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines accounts from start to finish, including quoting, issuing certificates, and handling renewals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Communicate and collaborate with underwriters to ensure accurate and timely processing of policies.
• Handle all aspects of client servicing independently, as there is no support staff for this role.
• Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance is preferred, but candidates with the right skills and personality will be considered.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Personality: Sharp, personable, and professional demeanor.
• Location: Candidates must reside within a 30-40 minute commute of the office.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
