Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR transformation professional who enjoys working across target operating model design, process optimisation, business analysis, and change delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state HR operating models.
- Lead process mapping and process improvement activities across key HR functions.
- Support the design and implementation of HR transformation initiatives and HR technology solutions.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories where required.
- Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process standardisation and operational efficiency.
- Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and business sign-off.
- Assist with change impact assessments, training materials, and business readiness activities.
- Produce high-quality project documentation, including process maps, requirements documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and business leadership teams.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience as an HR Business Analyst, HR Transformation Consultant, or HR Process Lead.
- Strong experience in HR transformation programmes, including process design and operating model development.
- Demonstrated expertise in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience mapping and optimising end-to-end HR processes.
- Knowledge of HR systems and technology implementations, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving programme environment.
- Experience supporting testing, training, and change management activities.
- Previous experience working within multinational organisations.
- Familiarity with German HR processes and ways of working.
- Experience supporting large-scale HR operating model or shared services transformations.
- German language skills.
- Consulting background or experience working on client-facing transformation programmes.
