Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Partner with leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Support talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives.
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Use HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, HR policies, and health and safety requirements.
- Support organizational change initiatives, HR projects, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including People Analytics and Legal, to deliver effective HR solutions.
- Mentor HR colleagues and contribute to the development of HR capabilities.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- General experience working with works councils and employee representative bodies.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, talent management, and employment legislation.
- A strategic mindset combined with a practical, business-focused approach.
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence working with HR data and translating insights into practical recommendations.
- Experience supporting organizational change and managing HR projects.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and a collaborative leadership style.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Polish and English.
