Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute HR strategies and programs across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational objectives.
- Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning to enable sustainable business growth.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to manage employee turnover, strengthen workforce stability, and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Utilize HR analytics, workforce dashboards, and employee feedback to identify trends, address organizational needs, and inform data-driven HR decisions.
- Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders on employee relations, organizational transformation, culture development, change management, and other strategic HR matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, ideally within dynamic, multi-location organizations.
- Strong HR business partnering and generalist background, with comprehensive knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and labor regulations.
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and employee retention programs.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication capabilities, with demonstrated experience in culture development, change management, and organizational transformation.
