HR Business Partner

As the HR Bussines Partner in this role, you will collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits teams, and plant leadership to address employee needs and support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and leaders, providing timely guidance on HR policies, workplace issues, employee relations, and day-to-day employee needs.
• Partner with the HR Manager to forecast workforce needs, translate staffing plans into clear recruitment priorities, and work closely with the dedicated recruiter to support timely hiring for direct labor and plant positions.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding to create a welcoming, organized, and consistent employee experience.
• Conduct timely, objective, and well-documented workplace investigations, partnering with HR leadership and other appropriate resources as needed.
• Manage payroll processing as well as employee hiring and termination processes.
• Support leaders in performance management, attendance management, corrective actions, employee concerns, and other workplace matters while reinforcing accountability and consistent practices.
• Support employee engagement, retention, training, and culture initiatives that enhance the employee experience and align with company values.
• Drive HR harmonization following an acquisition by implementing company programs, processes, and practices at the site and supporting leaders and employees throughout the transition period.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Ideally 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of payroll and employment regulations, practices, and legal requirements.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Communicative level of English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation professionally.

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.

Monthly Gross Compensation Range:

zł9 583,30 - zł19 966,70 Per Month

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
