Description
Build the Market Leader in Satellite Analytics with us at LiveEO
LiveEO is applying the latest developments in artificial intelligence to analyse satellite data and is bringing the insights of earth observation data to customers in the enterprise sector. LiveEO’s ambitious goal is to monitor 1 billion assets across the globe with its unique SaaS solution until 2030.
For its rapid expansion, LiveEO is looking for an exceptional global leader for its sales team, building, growing and leading the organisation in both LiveEO’s current and future industries.
Our CRO will be an integral part of LiveEO’s top level management, working closely with LiveEO’s CEO, COO, CPO and CTO to further develop LiveEO’s strategy and vision.
Your challenge
- Contribute to LiveEO’s international expansion by being at the forefront of growth and success with our clients. Be part of our leadership team and work to strategically steer LiveEO.
- Take leadership responsibility for the sales team with people in the areas of SDR, AE, Partnership,Customer Success, Performance Marketing & Content Marketing.
- Coordinate and manage sales strategies, sales pipeline and optimize sales cycles for the distribution of our SaaS solution to enterprise customers.
- Create and own a written GTM strategy that clearly defines our target markets, our winning approach, and how SDR/BDR, marketing, sales, and CSM work together to hit revenue goals, closely aligned with the product.
- Run GTM with a data-driven approach: build a capacity model that links AE, BDR, and marketing resources to revenue targets, deliver reliable forecasts each quarter and year based on real performance data, and base commercial decisions on analytics rather than intuition.
- Get hands-on with key accounts and pipeline issues, especially when forecasts slip working directly with AEs to fix problems. Delegate clearly, verify follow-through, and step in when something falls short.
- Build genuine industry fluency in our core verticals (utilities, rail, telco, infrastructure) so you can speak credibly on stage and in the room with C-level customers, and use that fluency to sharpen strategic and tactical decisions.
- Set the pace for GTM by making speed the default - today or tomorrow, not next week - while driving clear accountability across the org and proactively launching new commercial motions, including AI at scale within the GTM engine.
- Build and retain a high-performing commercial organisation: own a proactive hiring plan, a thoroughly executed recruiting process, and an excellent onboarding system that produces healthy attrition rates and fast, reliable ramp.
Your profile
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales management.
- Core experience in B2B enterprise sales of SaaS solutions with add-on service offerings.
- Additional experience in B2B marketing and partnership-driven sales.
- Experience leading sales organisations that sell multiple products into heavy industries in parallel.
- Strong, proven experience in building and growing large international sales, marketing and CSM teams.
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience in working with and setting up sales analytics frameworks, with the ability to communicate this clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Track record of authoring and executing a GTM strategy across sales, marketing and BDR/SDR with clear “where to play / how to win” choices.
- Numbers-driven leadership style: demonstrable forecast accuracy in prior roles, comfort designing and running capacity models, and the ability to draw sharp, decision-ready conclusions from pipeline, meetings and conversion data.
- Hands-on mentality: comfortable working directly in the CRM, close to AEs and key deals, quick to spot where delegated tasks are falling through, and able to unblock issues across SDR/BDR, partnerships, marketing and sales.
- Deep industry credibility in enterprise verticals such as utilities, rail, telco or comparable markets, with the ability to represent the company on stage and in C-level conversations.
- Bias for urgency and proactivity: known for originating the next initiative, setting a fast operating cadence and making clear decisions under pressure, rather than waiting for the CEO to set the pace.
- Demonstrated ability to build and retain a sales org with healthy attrition: structured hiring, high-quality onboarding, and clear performance management that turns good hires into long-term high performers.
