ROLE PROFILE:
The Strategic Partner Operations team supports the commercial management of LSEG's Strategic Partner ecosystem including Co-Sell and Re-Sell Partners. The team is responsible for maintaining accurate partner reporting, supporting revenue share and Co-Sell reporting processes, and providing a reliable view of the Partner book of business. The team works closely with Partner Directors, Finance and Operations to improve data quality, reporting and operational processes.
The team is also responsible for any improvements in process that minimize manual tasks and improves revenue recognition. The team enables leaders and Partner Directors to make better-informed decisions by ensuring that Co-Sell Partner reporting is complete, accurate, timely and translated into actionable insight.
The team is responsible for maintaining and analysing the Partner book of business, consolidating reporting received from partners and internal systems, identifying trends and data-quality gaps, and improving the processes used to track end-client relationships, revenue, and partner performance.
The team will also support the development and maintenance of a centralised global repository for Strategic Partner agreements, initially focused on Co-Sell agreements. This will provide a reliable source of truth for partner contracts, improve accessibility and governance, and support greater consistency in how contractual information is maintained across the organisation.
ROLE SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will support and be a member of the Global Strategic Partners organisation. The key accountability will be to support and maintain reporting across the Co-Sell Partner portfolio and maintaining a trusted, useful view of the Co-Sell and Re-Sell book of business.
The role will involve collecting and validating partner reporting, maintaining accurate partner and end-client data, reconciling information across internal systems, producing regular reporting and supporting Partner Directors with analysis. The successful candidate will also support the creation and ongoing maintenance of a centralised global repository of Co-Sell Partner agreements, ensuring contracts and key information are accurately captured, organised and accessible, while supporting improvements to reporting processes and standards as the Co-Sell and Re-Sell business grows.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Support the collection, consolidation and analysis of reporting received from Co-Sell Partners, ensuring submissions are timely, complete and aligned to agreed reporting requirements.
• Maintain the Co-Sell book of business as a reliable source of truth, including partner, end-client, revenue, product, geographic information.
• Support the development and maintenance of a centralised global repository for Co-Sell Partner agreements, consolidating existing contracts and ensuring documentation is complete, accurate and accessible.
• Maintain key contractual information and support ongoing governance of the repository, working with Partner Directors and relevant teams to identify missing agreements or information and keep records current.
• Reconcile partner reported information against internal systems and identify data-quality issues or discrepancies.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards showing Partner performance, revenue, end-client activity and key trends.
• Provide analytical and ad-hoc support to Partner Directors and the Global Strategic Partners leadership team that help prioritise partner opportunities, account activity and commercial focus.
• Identify gaps or potential non-compliance in reporting, or partner activity and coordinate with relevant participants to investigate and resolve issues.
• Partner with Finance, and other teams to improve the consistency of Co-Sell revenue attribution
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, with the ability to work confidently with large datasets.
• Experience supporting or analysing a book of business, customer portfolio, partner portfolio or comparable commercial dataset.
• Experience working with CRM, reporting and workflow platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to interpret commercial information and, where required, read agreements or commercial rules to understand reporting obligations and data definitions.
• Good analytical skills and a strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify patterns, anomalies and inconsistencies in complex data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn detailed analysis into concise and actionable messages for senior audiences.
• A strong commitment to data quality, operational rigor and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN:

You will work closely with Partner Directors and Managers, Sales, Finance, Product, Operations and other specialist teams, giving you a broad understanding of how strategic partnerships are managed and how partner ecosystems contribute to LSEG's growth.
The role offers the opportunity to shape how we measure and manage the Co-Sell and Re-Sell business, improve the quality of decision-making through better data and reporting, and build scalable processes that can support future growth. You will also gain regular exposure to senior leaders and have the support of the wider team to help you develop your commercial, analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities.
