Description
Comprehensively manage recruitment and selection strategies for operational, technical and administrative personnel.
Design and implement talent attraction strategies according to the hiring needs of the organization.
Publish and update vacancies in the different means of recruitment, ensuring that the information is clear, attractive and in accordance with the required profiles.
Conducting initial interviews, curricular filters, and evaluating candidates according to the requirements and competencies of each position.
Verification of candidates' documentation and employment references, in accordance with internal procedures.
To keep the databases, files and registers of candidates and selection processes updated.
Monitor admissions and the initial period of staff adaptation, identifying causes of turnover and non-attendance.
Support in the organization and communication of institutional events, integration campaigns, recognition, celebrations and wellness activities.
Ensuring HR operations and matters (i.e., performance mgmt., leaves or disciplinary matters, disputes, legal claims, etc.)
Identifying organization staffing and recruiting needs, and ensuring or executes effective recruitment programs.
Ensuring utilization, or effectively utilizing HR systems and tools (e.g. HRIS systems, HR cloud services, etc...)
Monitoring and ensuring the organization’s compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Executes non-routine and case-specific analytics to support stakeholder (inside and outside own team).
Provides qualified support, i.e., introducing guidelines and services, ensuring documentation, or serves as escalation instance for an administrative team of Coordinators.
