Samsan Technische Labs Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and talented Recruiter to join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing prospective job candidates as well as providing them with relevant details about our company, our positions, and our organization’s culture to ensure they are the best fit for our team. Exp: 3+ YearsLocation: BangaloreNotice period: less than 30 Days The ideal candidate should have several years of experience in recruitment and have strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. We need you to bring a sense of enthusiasm, passion, and dedication to the role and motivate candidates to join our ever-growing team. Responsibilities:•Develop job descriptions, post job ads on job boards, and attract candidates•Source and search for potential candidates through multiple channels (e.g. job boards, Portals, LinkedIn, etc.)•Screen, shortlist, and contact qualified candidates to set up interviews•Conduct interviews (online and in-person) and analyze responses•Organize the most competitive offers for the successful candidate•Develop recruitment process timelines to help meet hiring goals•Benchmark candidates against industry standards for our position openings•Keep track of the recruitment metrics to evaluate success•Act as a consultant to the business on recruitment-related matters Requirements:•Minimum of three years recruitment experience in a corporate setting•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources & a bachelors in Computers or Electronics.•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills•Highly organized and motivated with an ability to work independently•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks•Time management and organizational skills•Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software•Familiarity with automotive technical terms & skillsets.
