You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and play an integral role in the smooth daily operations of a customer-focused, values-driven organisation. You’ll also lend a hand with basic finance and HR administration — making this the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and meaningful impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting clients and handling incoming phone and email enquiries with warmth and professionalism

• Maintaining an organised and welcoming front office environment

• Providing day-to-day administrative support across the team

• Coordinating scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications

• Assisting with basic finance admin tasks

• Supporting basic HR admin functions (e.g. onboarding forms, updating employee records, interview scheduling)

• Solid administration or reception experience and a proactive mindset

• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

• Comfortable using modern systems, email, and scheduling tools
