Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. About the role:
The In Room Dining Server is responsible for serving guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. 

What you will do

• Offer guests an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence, food quality, professionalism and friendliness equal to that of the finest restaurant in the city

• Offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service that is respectful and accommodating of the guest's requests of selections and timeliness of service

• Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room in a timely manner to ensure food quality and guest satisfaction

• Check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order and make sure items are prepared correctly

What you bring:

• Conversational and reading skills of English and Cantonese/Mandarin languages.

• A minimum of a high school or equivalent education

• 1 year minimum of food and beverage experience

• Working knowledge of food, wines, and spirits

Schedule & Hours:

• 48 Hours weekly

• Work on shift
