Pilson Powersports is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Service & Parts Advisor to support both our Service and Parts Departments. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You'll work alongside our Service Manager and Parts Manager, assisting customers, supporting our four technicians, helping maintain parts inventory, and ensuring our departments operate efficiently.

Responsibilities
Service Department
- Greet customers and assist with their service needs
- Schedule service appointments
- Open and close repair orders
- Communicate repair progress and updates
- Coordinate workflow with four service technicians
- Assist with warranty claims and manufacturer requirements
- Help ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain excellent customer communication throughout the repair process
Parts Department
- Assist customers at the parts counter
- Research and identify parts using electronic catalogs
- Process customer and shop parts orders
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory
- Process invoices and special orders
- Assist with warranty parts and returns
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked
General Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service every day
- Work closely with the Service Manager and Parts Manager
- Support dealership profitability through efficient operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Assist other departments as needed
- Build lasting relationships with customers
Requirements
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous powersports, automotive, marine, RV, or equipment dealership experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Valid driver's license
