Description
Our client is looking to recruit a Project Manager to manage their team of Tiers and Layers and lead ongoing projects. Reporting to the Director, the chosen candidate will:
- Conduct precise on-site measurements and verify quantity estimates prior to project commencement.
- Review job specifications and site conditions to anticipate potential installation challenges.
- Identify, negotiate terms with, book, and schedule qualified installers and sub-contractors.
- Maintain a pipeline of reliable installation partners to meet project demands.
- Partner with clients and installers to establish clear job timelines, expectations, and site logistics.
- Direct daily communications with installers and clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery to guarantee all required supplies are on-site prior to the start of work.
- Perform walkthroughs, manage snag lists, and ensure all remedial work is completed to quality standards.
- Conduct formal client sign-offs and hand over completed projects.
- Prepare accurate final accounts and project reconciliations.
- Manage invoicing and collect final payments from clients upon project completion.
