Financial Controller

 KCR are delighted to be working exclusively to recruit a Financial Controller for a dynamic business in Stanley. Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for all the companies’ finances. Duties will be as follows:

• Producing monthly management accounts and statutory accounts
• Responsible for budgets and forecasts and reporting to senior managers
• Dealing with corporation tax, VAT returns and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaising with team members to discuss progress on job costings
• Analysing project costings against revenue
• Exploring and applying for grant funding opportunities and applications
• Dealing with payroll and submitting PAYE and VAT to HMRC
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Cashflow management and intercompany invoicing
• Carrying out credit control and arranging terms
• Providing accounting information to external bodies

You will be a qualified Accountant or be qualified by experience. You will have strong IT experience, including Xero and Excel. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company.
