Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is a critical part of a Commercial Lines Department, responsible for providing A-Z servicing and managing a diverse portfolio of accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
• Bonus Program: Monthly bonus opportunities based on new policies written and policy re-writes, with potential to earn an additional $1,000+ per month based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive A-Z servicing for commercial lines accounts.
• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from $5,000 to $150,000 in size.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in the monthly bonus program by actively writing new policies and handling policy re-writes.
• Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active 2-20 license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
