Up to £35,500 (with experience) plus uncapped bonus

Your Role

• Rebuild & Grow the Desk: Reignite a previously successful market through proactive business development

• Business Development: Identify, approach, and win new clients while re-engaging lapsed relationships

• Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement

• Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt and attract high-quality marketing & creative professionals

• Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships with clients and candidates

• Collaborate: Work with your team to maximise opportunities across the wider business

• Experienced recruiters (any sector welcome – commercial, Tech or professional services backgrounds ideal)

• Strong B2B sales professionals with a passion for business development and growth

• Confident, resilient communicators who enjoy winning new business

• An interest in Marketing & Creative markets is a plus
