Duties and Responsibilities
Organize and drive successful completion of IT projects, both strategic and BAU.
Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements through workshops, interviews, and documentation analysis.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and process flow maps.
Collaborate closely with the scrum team to groom the product backlog, refine user stories, and prioritize features based on business value and strategic goals
Engage in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, promoting collaboration and transparency.
Function as conduit between Business and the IT department, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
Support and provide directions to less experienced team members.
Job Specifications
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related discipline (candidates with comparable professional experience will also be considered)
Experience Required: 5+ year experience within business analysis, product management, systems analysis or related disciplines. Desirable: Agile Methodologies e.g. Scrum
Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
