Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize and drive successful completion of IT projects, both strategic and BAU.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements through workshops, interviews, and documentation analysis.

• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and process flow maps.

• Collaborate closely with the scrum team to groom the product backlog, refine user stories, and prioritize features based on business value and strategic goals

• Engage in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, promoting collaboration and transparency.

• Function as conduit between Business and the IT department, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.

• Support and provide directions to less experienced team members.

Job Specifications

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related discipline (candidates with comparable professional experience will also be considered)

• Experience Required: 5+ year experience within business analysis, product management, systems analysis or related disciplines. Desirable: Agile Methodologies e.g. Scrum

• Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
