- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, proactively identifying and understanding business needs and translating them into project and workplace delivery requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and govern all project management controls, including schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, contracts, risk registers, governance frameworks, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Anticipate, identify, and mitigate project risks while managing issues and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead the selection, management, and performance of external stakeholders, including architects, designers, engineers, consultants, general contractors, specialist contractors, and other project partners.
- Ensure all stakeholders meet contractual obligations and deliverables while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Technology, Security, Legal, Procurement, Human Resources, and business stakeholders.
- Drive effective communication, governance, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, change management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with client standards, local regulations, health and safety requirements, and JLL project delivery processes.
- Provide leadership from project inception through successful handover to Facilities Management and business operations, ensuring a seamless transition and achievement of operational excellence.
- Deliver regular executive-level reporting on project status, risks, financial performance, key milestones, and portfolio performance metrics.
- Foster strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the client's EMEA organization.
