Business Execution Manager

In this role, you will:

• Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
• Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
• Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
• Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
• Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
• Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years Leadership experience

Job Expectations:

• Manage and develop Business Execution teams for multiple CBL Branch Channel Management function and Safe Deposit Product
• Engage and influence key stakeholders and business partners associated with CBL Branch Channel Management function and Safe Deposit Product
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation
• Ensure quality and efficiency as well as compliance with government regulations and company policies
• Determine appropriate strategy and actions of this team to meet complex stakeholder inquiries and issues resolution deliverables
• Interpret and develop center level policies and procedures for this function with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
• Collaborate with and influence more experienced management, key stakeholders, internal partners, and all levels of professionals
• Interact directly with multiple teams across various sites
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for this team
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
