Technical Manager – Facility Management Services

Manage and oversee all technical operations, maintenance activities, and engineering services to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building systems.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on time.
• Lead and supervise engineering and technical teams.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Ensure statutory, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control operational costs.
• Drive energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients and resolve escalations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 8-12 years of facility management or building operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, safety standards, and facility maintenance.
