Cloudera is looking for a Professional Services & Training (PS&T) Operations Manager to support our global PS&T organization. The successful candidate will be a key member of the PS&T Operations management team and business partner to the PS&T leadership team, Global Operations and FP&A. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, business planning and operational support, managing our global revenue forecast reporting,  partnering with internal stakeholders to scope and define our strategies; lead a team designed to put into place operational support measures to drive, track and monitor our progress against the strategy and partner with leaders to optimize business performance.

 

As a PS&T Operations Manager you will:

• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team responsible for supporting global and regional Professional Services, Training, and strategic accounts

• Establish and monitor core metrics/KPIs across operational functions to evaluate business trends, track team capacity/effort, and optimize resource allocation

• Drive process optimization initiatives by systematically evaluating operational workflows

• Manage Training Operations logistics, overseeing scheduling, Cloudera and partner resource provisioning, enrollment workflows, and operational tracking

• Standardize operational tooling and governance, maintaining accurate documentation, operational templates, and reporting structures across global delivery teams

• Collaborate with other PS&T Operations functions to ensure aligned resourcing models, revenue forecasting support, and operational transparency

• Manage the global revenue forecast and communication to the leadership team on the associated business trends to facilitate business decisions

• Manage custom/strategic account operations, overseeing tailored delivery workflows and high-touch support models for key accounts

• Ability to interface effectively and establish quick credibility and confidence with cross-functional groups and PS&T teams

• Agent for change, leading and delivering on company-wide and PS&T initiatives

 

We’re Excited about you if you have:

• 7+ years of Professional Services, Training, Sales or Revenue Operations experience with direct experience supporting global technology/SaaS organizations.

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with demonstrated success using operational metrics/KPIs to evaluate business trends, effort/capacity allocations, and regional productivity

• Ability to understand and interpret complex business issues, while providing swift and scalable solutions

• Creative thinker with the ability to challenge existing processes, propose new business solutions, build management dashboards and lead automation initiatives

• Experience working and leading large-scale global and cross-functional projects

• Must be highly motivated, results-driven, energetic, and capable of multitasking across a dynamic, rapidly growing, global organization

• Strong skills in influencing virtual teams across the globe

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills required

• Proficiency with core PS&T operational tools (e.g. NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro; Salesforce, and LMS/Training platforms)
