Momentum Senior Living is seeking an accomplished Director of Sales & Marketing to lead pre-opening sales for The Marianne on Inwood, a new 162-residence luxury senior living community opening in 2027.

Located at 3700 Inwood Road, The Marianne will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care in a sophisticated, resort-style setting featuring upscale residences, multiple dining venues, an indoor pool, and exceptional lifestyle amenities.

This is a unique opportunity to build a community's sales success from the ground up—establishing its presence in the Dallas market, developing relationships, generating qualified leads, and securing deposits and reservations before opening.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive pre-opening sales and lease-up strategy.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, deposits, and future residents.
• Establish referral relationships throughout Dallas, including Preston Hollow, Park Cities, and surrounding neighborhoods.
• Conduct personalized consultations, presentations, events, and prospect follow-up.
• Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses, professional organizations, and healthcare referral sources.
• Manage CRM activity, lead conversion, sales forecasts, and occupancy goals.
• Partner with corporate leadership on marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, and sales performance.
• Represent The Marianne as a founding member of the leadership team.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of successful senior living sales experience, preferably in luxury independent living, assisted living, or memory care.
• Proven pre-opening or new community lease-up experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success generating deposits, converting leads, and achieving occupancy targets.
• Established Dallas-area referral relationships and local market knowledge preferred.
• Strong CRM, pipeline management, and sales forecasting experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build momentum before opening.
