JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Traverse North Bend is a 128-home community of apartments and townhomes offering a fresh, modern take on Northwest mountain style in North Bend, WA, near Issaquah and surrounded by towering firs with Mount Si and Snoqualmie Falls close by. One-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhomes feature quartz countertops with tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, wood-style plank flooring and full-size washers and dryers. Residents enjoy a fitness center with Mt. Si views, a clubhouse with chef’s kitchen, a theater lounge and a playground.

What your day might look like

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Manage daily operations of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals
• Control expenditures by staying within constraints of the approved budget including maintenance repairs
• Oversee the lease enforcement process by approving prospective resident applications, discounts, and renewals
• Supervises property staff to ensure goals are met; this includes hiring, training, and performance management
• Assist in managing the client/owner relationship by providing updates and reporting on the property’s performance and responding to owner requests as needed

The salary range for this role is $92,196 - $93,000

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
