What You’ll Own
- Identify new business opportunities through inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Understand merchant pain points and run consultative, discovery-led sales conversations
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure for high-potential accounts
- Deliver engaging product demos and clearly articulate business value to founders, marketers, and growth teams
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and CRM discipline
- Research and expand high-intent D2C merchant pipelines across categories and markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and merchant success
Who You Are
- 5–8 years of experience in sales across SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, agency, or eCommerce ecosystems
- Strong understanding of the D2C ecosystem and digital growth landscape
- Comfortable with consultative selling and discovery-led conversations
- Proven ability to independently manage and close deals with ownership
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong pipeline management and CRM hygiene
- Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
