Your role

If you are ready to take ownership and elevate the brand narrative and messaging lifecycle for our Communication Solutions while rolling up your sleeves to execute the vision, this is your opportunity.

In this role, you won’t just plan campaigns; you will own them. This role goes beyond writing text, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering and strategic value proposition, positioning our Communication Solutions as the industry gold standard for defense organizations and partners worldwide? As a hands-on do´er with a creative strategic mind-set you can build the Go-to market roadmap and brand positioning, while delivering strong trade show experiences and optimize SEO campaigns. You know that results are built through a close and proactive dialogue with product development, sales and other stakeholders.

Our new Marketing & Communication Manager will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies and brand positioning for our Communication Solutions to increase visibility nationally and globally.
  
• Coordinate the creation of whitepapers, case studies, and product descriptions that make technical complexity accessible and persuasive.
  
• Fuel the pipeline. Drive lead generation through targeted digital campaigns, SEO, and marketing automation.
  
• Be present. Manage the end-to-end execution of trade shows and defense conferences, including delivering first-level product demonstrations.
  
• Align the global voice. Ensure messaging consistency and maintain vital relationships with industry organizations (Censec, DI-Fos, etc.)
  
• Protect the mission. Ensure all outputs live up to the rigorous security and regulatory requirements of the defense sector without loosing creativity.

Travel must be expected in the position.

You bring!

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a technical field, with a proven track record in B2B marketing for technical products (preferably within Defense, Telecom, or Security).

• The ability to "translate" technical jargon for non-technical decision makers. & Hands-on experience with CMS, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM systems.

• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work independently in a high-security environment.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
