- Direct and/or conduct desktop work (e.g., information review, research, data processing), developing and coordinating reports focused on social contexts, impacts, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with requirements.
- Lead and/or perform fieldwork activities, including stakeholder engagement, consultations, and information gathering to support social baselines and impact assessments.
- Systematize and analyze field data to produce clear, evidence-based recommendations and management measures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work, International Relations, Social Sciences or related discipline. Master’s Degree in similar disciplines is desirable.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in social performance, community engagement, and/or human rights.
- At least 5 years of consulting experience and people leadership roles.

- Strong ability to prepare professional presentations, decks and reports that support stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
- Familiarity with national and international databases and tools for data analysis and social context understanding (e.g., INEGI, CONAPO, INPI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
