Senior Analyst, Access Management

Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Access Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role, you will support access management operations by responding to employee inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on technology and service catalog requests. You will collaborate with technology and project teams to help ensure monitoring, change management, and service delivery activities are implemented effectively and in line with security and audit requirements.

We will count on you to:

• Respond to employee questions, problems, and suggestions with appropriate urgency.

• Provide ad-hoc advice and support for non-service catalog items and general queries.

• Collaborate with project teams and technology colleagues to assist with issue resolution.

• Support service improvement programs and multiple concurrent projects as needed.

• Help ensure monitoring requirements are implemented and observed.

• Follow established change management processes and maintain service delivery reporting as required.

What you need to have:

• Experience supporting access management, service delivery, or a related technology operations function.

• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, colleagues, and project teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

• Understanding of security policies, change management, and audit-compliant working practices.

• Familiarity with SOX/FSA audit requirements and best practice request handling
