Heartline Staffing is recruiting Architects and Architectural Designers for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Binghamton, New York. The position is open to architectural professionals at multiple career levels, from entry-level designers seeking mentorship through experienced Project Architects ready to lead complex commercial and institutional projects.

• Work Alongside In-House Civil, Structural And Environmental Engineers
• Projects Include Educational Facilities, Municipal Buildings, Residential Renovations And Interior Spatial Designs
• NCARB Mentorship Available For Early-Career Professionals
• Site Visits And Construction Administration
• Client Leadership Responsibilities At Mid-To-Senior Levels

COMPENSATION
• $60,000-$95,000

ROLE
• Create Architectural Designs, Floor Plans And 3D Renderings
• Work On Commercial, Industrial And Residential Projects
• Produce Detailed Construction Drawings, Specifications And As-Built Plans
• Utilize AutoCAD And Revit
• Coordinate With In-House Civil, Structural And Environmental Engineers
• Ensure Designs Meet NYS Building Codes
• Ensure Compliance With ADA Requirements And Local Zoning Ordinances
• Conduct Site Visits
• Review Submittals
• Perform Building Inspections To Confirm Construction Matches Design Intent
• At Mid-To-Senior Levels, Lead Client Meetings
• At Mid-To-Senior Levels, Develop Project Scopes
• At Mid-To-Senior Levels, Manage Project Budgets And Schedules

Requirements

Requirements
• Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Architecture From An Accredited Program REQUIRED
• Proficiency In AutoCAD REQUIRED
• Strong Interpersonal Skills And Ability To Work Effectively In A Multi-Disciplinary Team Environment REQUIRED
• Strong Attention To Design Accuracy And High-Quality Project Delivery REQUIRED

Preferred
• Revit Experience Highly Preferred
• Adobe Creative Suite Experience Highly Preferred
• Registered Architect In New York State Or Pursuing Licensure Preferred
• LEED AP Certification Or Strong Interest In Sustainable Design Preferred
• K-12, Municipal Or Healthcare Architecture Experience Is A Plus
