Description
About the role
One person who owns early US growth through partnerships, creators/influencers, and events. Not a big marketing org. Not SEO or paid-heavy. You're the GTM athlete who opens doors and fills the first commissions.
This is a full-time, in-person role: you'll work from our San Francisco office every day.
What you'll do
- Build and run US partnerships (communities, companies, schools, creator networks).
- Own influencer / creator outreach and light campaigns that drive enrollments.
- Plan and host small, high-signal events (meetups, instructor nights, campus / SF pop-ups).
- Work with content and LatAm growth so paid, email, and SEO stay coordinated from HQ.
- Track what actually fills seats: pipeline, conversion, cost per enrolled student.
- Help shape the SF brand presence (startup energy, not "big edtech brochure").
What we're looking for
- You've closed partnerships or creator deals without a 10-person team behind you.
- You're outbound-oriented: DMs, coffee chats, events, follow-ups.
- You care about revenue, not vanity metrics.
- You're in San Francisco (or moving there) and can be in the office every day.
Bonus points
- Creator economy, community, B2C edtech, or consumer subscription experience.
- An existing network in the SF tech / learning / creator scenes.
What we offer
- Competitive founding GTM package.
- Equity upside available.
- We'll share the range on a first call.
