Production Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily pit operations to achieve production, safety, quality, and environmental objectives.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Coordinate equipment, staffing, and production schedules to maximize operational efficiency.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize results.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while promoting operational excellence.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a mining, quarry, aggregates, construction, or heavy industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of aggregate production processes, mobile equipment operations, and material handling practices.
• Proven capability to prioritize work, solve problems, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across functions.
• Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Work Environment

• Primarily located in an outdoor aggregate production environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and heavy equipment.
• Regular interaction with production personnel, contractors, and operational leadership.
• Combination of field-based supervision and administrative responsibilities.
• May require flexible scheduling to support operational needs.
