About the role
As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Temporary), you will play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting the growth of our business through effective recruitment strategies. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, partner with hiring managers across multiple functions, and help deliver an outstanding candidate experience while building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Temporary), you'll be responsible for:
Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake meetings through offer stage.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
Coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Providing market insights, talent mapping, and benchmarking information to business stakeholders.
Driving timely follow-up with hiring teams and candidates to maintain process efficiency.
Supporting employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction activities.
Ensuring compliance with internal recruiting processes, policies, and hiring standards.
Requirements
We are looking for people who are proactive, organized, customer-focused, results-driven, and passionate about recruiting and talent acquisition. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a related function.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced English proficiency.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or technical positions.
Knowledge of talent mapping, market intelligence, and sourcing strategies.
Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Exposure to employer branding, university relations, or campus recruiting initiatives.
Experience using Workday or other applicant tracking systems (ATS).
