(2 Years Fixed Term Employment) The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in delivering efficient and effective recruitment, coordinating all hiring activities with a focus on direct labour hiring and onboarding processes for new hires in Taiwan. Partnering closely with site HR and hiring stakeholders, this position manages full end to end recruitment processes including but not limited to interview scheduling, offer administration, recruitment metrics, pre-employment screening and candidate communications to ensure a high-quality hiring experience.Additionally, this role will also manage ad hoc requests and provide administrative support to the site Senior HR Generalist.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage active and passive talent aligned to evolving business needs across Manufacturing, professional and technical functions
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high volume, critical and hard to fill roles through proactive talent mapping, networking, recruitment marketing and community outreach efforts
- Support recruitment campaigns, hiring events, employee referral initiatives and talent community engagement efforts to strengthen candidate pipelines and improve speed-to-hire outcomes
- Acts as the main point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition Team throughout the hiring process as it relates to scheduling and the post offer process. As an advocate for the organization, provides a high quality and welcoming experience to each candidate.
- Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to provide recruiting support and oversight of the recruiting process. Responsibilities include owning and executing all post-offer and pre-hire processes including background checks, submission of expense reports, and other tasks as assigned.
- Maintain accurate and timely data within the applicant tracking system (Workday), ensuring integrity of candidate records and requisition workflows.
- Ensures the accuracy and timely extension of job offer documentation, ensuring that documents are accurately uploaded to worker profile for compliance purposes.
- Cross-trained in other areas within the Talent Acquisition team and local HR to support spikes in demand and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Continually looks for and recommends areas for improvements within processes, systems, and procedures. May support project work as needed
With the guidance of the Senior HR Generalist, ensure that HR processes run efficiently while providing guidance and support to both employees and Managers.

Required Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or recruiting coordination (experience in a Workday environment preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with reporting tools is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in English, in addition to Traditional Mandarin/Chinese.
