We’re looking to hire a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Denton, TX.
Reporting to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing Talent operational and administrative support for the NAM Fabtech HR team as well as oversight of internship and early development programs. This role supports sourcing, coordinating interviews, managing recruiting systems, supports onboarding activities, and talent metrics / KPI’s while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers across a global manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Coordination
Schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and may serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage requisitions, candidate records, and recruiting workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Prepare offer letters and support offer approvals, background checks, and onboarding activities.
Support sourcing with job postings, networking activities, recruitment marketing, PowerPoint presentations and recruitment tracking metrics.
Early Career Programs
Coordinate the end-to-end administration of internship, co-op, apprenticeship, and early career development programs across North America.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and hiring managers to support workforce planning and hiring for early career talent.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, technical schools, trade programs, military transition organizations, and student organizations to strengthen talent pipelines.
Coordinate campus recruiting activities, including career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, networking events, and facility tours.
