Hiring: Business Controller

I am Daina Večkytė and I am leading Finance Function. Currently I am looking for an experienced, professional and ambitious team member – Business Controller.

What you’ll do:

As Business Controller you will support team with forecasting, monthly management reporting and performance management. In this exciting role, you will be working very close to other business controllers and line managers in the organization.

• Control expenses
• Partner with business and management, providing financial consultancy regarding expenses, working capital and capital investments
• Plan, monitor and analyze working capital, including AR, AP, inventory and key working capital KPIs
• Prepare monthly reporting to the Group
• Support the financial planning process, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze actuals vs. forecasts
• Prepare presentations on the Company’s results
• Drive financial process improvement and automation projects

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are a person who wants to gain a broad finance perspective. Also, you have a high ability to understand business models and scenarios, challenge and drive continues improvements.

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance or similar
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge in accounting and reporting
• Analytical skills, excellent attention to detail as well as ability to see the big picture
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and very good knowledge in English

Monthly salary range for this position – 2640 – 3500 (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
