Clinical Director BCBA
McAllen, Texas | $90,000 to $95,000 Base Salary + Bonus
Healthcare Recruiters International is recruiting a Clinical Director BCBA for an established and expanding ABA provider in McAllen, Texas.
If you enjoy developing clinicians, improving treatment quality, and leading a team but do not want a leadership role that requires a heavy billable caseload, this opportunity offers a strong balance between clinical leadership and direct care.
The Clinical Director is responsible for the clinical performance of one McAllen clinic and works closely with operational and quality teams to support staff, families, and patients.
Salary, Schedule and Benefits

Base salary of $90,000 to $95,000

Approximately $100,000 annually with bonus

Clinical Director Responsibilities
-
Lead clinical services within the McAllen clinic
-
Supervise and mentor BCBAs and other clinical team members
-
Review treatment plans and clinical recommendations
-
Promote ethical, evidence based ABA practices
-
Monitor clinical outcomes and quality standards
-
Conduct clinical observations and quality assurance reviews
-
Support training and professional development for BCBAs
-
Participate in recruiting and interviewing clinical staff
-
Assist with onboarding and development of new team members
-
Participate in patient intake and assessment
-
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
-
Maintain a small clinical caseload
-
Monitor clinic KPIs and support overall clinic performance
Required Qualifications
-
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
-
Active BCBA certification
-
Texas LBA or eligibility to obtain licensure
-
At least 5 years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities

At least 1 year of BCBA experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to coach, mentor, and develop clinical professionals
Previous experience supervising BCBAs or leading an ABA clinical team is preferred.
