BCBA Clinical Director
Harlingen, Texas | $90,000 to $95,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus
Are you an experienced BCBA looking to move into leadership while maintaining a manageable clinical workload?
Healthcare Recruiters International is partnering with a growing ABA provider to hire a Clinical Director in Harlingen, Texas. This position leads the clinical operations of a single clinic and offers the opportunity to focus on mentorship, quality improvement, staff development, and clinical excellence rather than carrying a traditional BCBA caseload.

What You Will Do
The Clinical Director provides leadership and oversight for clinical services within the Harlingen clinic.
You will:

Provide supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and clinical staff

Oversee treatment planning and clinical recommendations
-
Ensure high standards for ethical and effective ABA treatment
-
Conduct clinical observations and quality reviews
-
Develop and support BCBA performance and professional growth

Participate in hiring and onboarding clinical team members

Support patient assessments and intake processes
-
Work collaboratively with families and caregivers
-
Maintain a small direct clinical caseload

Monitor clinical performance and clinic KPIs
-
Partner with operational leadership to support clinic success
What We Are Looking For
-
Current BCBA certification
-
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related discipline
-
Texas LBA or ability to obtain licensure
-
At least 5 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
-
At least 1 year of professional BCBA experience
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-
Previous clinical supervision experience is strongly preferred
