Colton RV & Marine is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales operation at our Pocono dealership in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania.

With more than 60 years in business, a strong reputation in the RV industry, and exciting plans for continued expansion, we're looking for leaders who want more than just another management job.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Lead the Sales Operation

• Drive sales volume, gross profit, inventory turns, and departmental profitability.
• Establish sales goals, monitor results, and create accountability throughout the team.
• Work alongside salespeople to structure deals, overcome objections, and close business.
• Ensure consistent execution of our sales process and customer follow-up.
• Partner with Finance & Insurance to maximize performance while delivering a great customer experience.

Build and Develop a Winning Team

• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales professionals.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, individual coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Develop future leaders and create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Set high expectations while creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work.
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach and a commitment to your team's success.

Manage the Business

• Monitor inventory, pricing, aging, merchandising, and product mix.
• Develop forecasts and action plans to achieve dealership objectives.
• Understand the financial drivers of the business and make decisions that improve performance.
• Work closely with Marketing, Service, Parts, and other departments to create a seamless customer experience.
• Build relationships with our manufacturer partners and participate in factory visits, industry meetings, and RV shows.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Proven sales management experience and a track record of achieving results.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for coaching and developing people.
• Excellent closing, negotiation, and deal-structuring abilities.
• Understanding of dealership financial performance, inventory management, and F&I operations.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and the confidence to make decisions.
• The ability to hold people accountable while building a positive team culture.
• RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related dealership experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel for industry events, manufacturer meetings, and RV shows.
