- Effectively engage with customers to drive customer success.
- Assist with onboarding and training new sales team members, including creating and maintaining documentation on sales processes, and policies, and creating relevant sales training materials to assist with onboarding new sales talent.
- Partner with engineering team to build features and capabilities to support sales (integration with third-party platforms, self-service ordering, admin tools, etc)
- Support inventory planning and management.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal partners
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
- A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
- An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
