A&C Private HomeCare is seeking a dependable and experienced Lead Caregiver CNA to provide quality in-home care while supporting priority client coverage throughout assigned service areas.
This position is ideal for an experienced CNA who is reliable, professional, flexible, and comfortable assisting with new client starts, call-outs, hard-to-fill cases, and other priority coverage needs.
Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week
Higher pay may be offered for harder-to-fill areas, farther travel locations, and assignments requiring greater flexibility.
Responsibilities include:
Provide direct personal care and assistance according to each client's plan of care
Assist with priority and hard-to-fill client cases
Remain available during the scheduled 40-hour workweek for call-outs, urgent coverage needs, new client starts, and other assigned coverage
Assist with smooth transitions when starting with new clients
Complete required AxisCare documentation, including clock-ins and clock-outs, ADLs, visit notes, and signatures
Maintain professional communication with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff
Report changes in client condition, safety concerns, documentation concerns, or other field issues to the office
Serve as a positive example of A&C Private HomeCare's standards of care, professionalism, reliability, and communication
Assist with caregiver support and field guidance when assigned
Requirements:
Must be an active CNA in good standing
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have reliable transportation
Must maintain active automobile insurance
Current CPR certification
Current TB documentation
Must meet all company background and compliance requirements
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas
Ability to respond to changing client coverage needs during scheduled availability
Strong communication and documentation skills
Previous home care experience preferred
