The Plant Administrator provides administrative, coordination and operational support to the plant leadership team, ensuring efficient plant operations through effective administration, compliance, reporting and communication. The role supports all plant departments enabling the plant to operate smoothly and efficiently.Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the plant
- Manage plant correspondence, filing systems, records, and documentation
- Prepare correspondence, reports, minutes, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and plant events
- Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Reconcile administrative expenses where required.
- Capture and maintain production data and daily plant reports.
- Manage visitor access, documentation, and induction support
- Assist Function with any facilities related matters
- Assist with ad-hoc plant projects
- Manage plant administrative duties
- Consolidate overall plant performance data for the category
- Manage Travel bookings for site

Experience/Qualification
- Matric / Grade 12 (minimum)Administrative or relevant qualification (advantage)
- 2–5 years’ experience in a plant, factory, or operations environment
- Experience supporting operational processes (advantage)
