Oversee reactive maintenance and Helpdesk activity, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met and continuously seeking process improvements.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with occupiers, surveyors, service partners and Cushman & Wakefield colleagues.
Develop, test and annually review business continuity and major incident management plans, ensuring all relevant parties understand their responsibilities during emergencies.
Produce and manage service charge budgets, reconciliations and quarterly variance reports in line with the RICS Code of Practice.
Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements, contractor rules and service agreements. Conduct audits, hold regular review meetings and drive high standards of quality and performance.
