Senior Manager, Fixed Income Pricing Operations

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Fixed Income Pricing Operations is responsible for leading a content operations function that supports global Fixed Income Pricing content sourced from a variety of channels, including direct contributions, internally calculated sources, websites, FTP distributions, and other data providers. The team oversees production activities, third-level customer support, project delivery, and continuous process improvement initiatives. This role provides leadership across multiple locations and plays a key role in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, innovation, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead and oversee all aspects of Fixed Income Pricing Operations and specialist support functions.
• Ensure the efficient delivery of production processes, operational controls, and customer support activities.
• Monitor performance, quality, service levels, and operational effectiveness across globally distributed teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Strategy and Execution

• Develop, track, and measure team objectives, ensuring alignment with divisional goals and broader organizational priorities.
• Drive innovation, automation, and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer outcomes.
• Leverage continuous improvement frameworks and Operational Excellence programs to identify and implement sustainable enhancements.
• Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in resolving complex business and operational challenges.

Leadership and Talent Development

• Lead, coach, and mentor managers and team members to build a high-performing, engaged workforce.
• Create an environment that supports continuous learning, capability development, and professional growth.
• Develop succession plans and strengthen organizational expertise through targeted talent development initiatives.
• Promote collaboration, inclusion, and knowledge sharing across teams and locations.

Stakeholder and Project Management

• Partner with Data Strategy, Engineering, Product, and other key stakeholders to deliver approved business priorities, content enhancements, and strategic projects.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across the wider organization to support initiatives that span multiple business areas.
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on strategic objectives and operational priorities.

Customer Focus

• Champion a customer-centric culture with a focus on delivering high-quality data, services, and support.
• Lead and contribute to client-focused initiatives, including premium support models and service improvement programs.
• Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into operational and strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Management, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing operational, content, or data-focused teams.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and working within a global organization is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
